Yes, Xigence Media can install your website to your hosting free of charge. Just open a support ticket and include FTP Host, Username & Password and one of our staff members will install your website. You should also specify what your organization is called as we keep all of our projects stored on our servers by organization names, that way you do not need to attach your website to the support ticket.
Xigence Media offers may offer refunds based on the situation. For some reason, after your project is shown to you and revised and you still do not like it, we WILL refund your entire payment.
Yes, we do have updates. When an update is released you will receive a message in your administrator panel that a new update is available. Updates can sometimes be released each month or sometimes every few months.

Before any project is begun, we will create a package for you on our order form/billing software so that you can pay the price that the project costs. Once the payment has been received, the project will be begun as soon as possible.

If you have found a bug in the CMS that is not already in our knowledgebase, please open a support ticket and explain what happened so one of our staff members can fix the problem and release an update to fix the bug as well as create a new article in our knowledge base about the bug.
