Just open a support ticket and include FTP Host, Username & Password and one of our staff members will install your website. You should also specify what your organization is called as we keep all of our projects stored on our servers by organization names, that way you do not need to attach your website to the support ticket.

If you have found a bug in the CMS that is not already in our knowledgebase, please open a support ticket and explain what happened so one of our staff members can fix the problem and release an update to fix the bug as well as create a new article in our knowledge base about the bug.
